Really Important People to Know!!


It’s good to know who’s in charge, but who are the people who are going to be able to help you when you forget your want to send a parcel, book a meeting room or some travel, need a plaster or your BUPA number. Here are the departments who can:

Guest Services

Ingi Settecasi | Head of Guest Services

Ingi makes up our Guest Services team. She sits just by the welcome area from 8.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday, answering calls, greeting guests and setting up meeting rooms. In the event that you are going to be delayed in collecting your guest from ground floor reception let the Guest Services team know so that they can greet your guest and get them settled in the Welcome area.

HR

The HR team aim to make sure that everyone at AMV is supported, developed and motivated (and most importantly…paid). If you have any queries about your pay, contract, benefits, your appraisal or just about anything else related to your employment.

The team of Kelly, Steph, Emily, Leila and Nicolette sits on the 6th Floor. They also sit with Paul, our payroll supervisor.

IT

The AMV BBDO IT services are run by Paige. The Paige service desk is managed remotely with a team on site to deliver desk side support.

On your first day your line manager will provide you with your login details, after this you will need to register on the Paige site in order to be able to use the services. You can download Paige Registration Guide here.

The IT Help desk number is 4444 you can call them with any IT queries or problems, big or small.

Tech Requests at AMV

All IT spend will now be reviewed by both BBDO corporate and Omnicom. As a result, any requests for equipment need to be sent to: [email protected] for initial approval.

The tech requests team will consider your requirements and provide either a solution or approval for purchase.

Once you have received approval from [email protected] attach the email to your Paige ticket. Any tickets raised without the correct approval will be subject to delay and possible rejection.

This will help to speed up the process and make sure Paige requests are dealt with in a timely fashion.

Given the circumstances, we want to avoid overspending or unnecessary costs so please ensure the requests are only for equipment that is essential.

Ground Floor Reception

The ground floor reception runs from 07:30 to 6:00 after this time the security guard will take over manning the buildings reception, the building is open 24 hours a day. You should register any guests you have arriving by emailing [email protected].
