Holiday
It’s important that all employees have a chance to rest and relax away from work so whether it’s that two week holiday to Thailand you’re looking forward to, or an afternoon of retail therapy, we offer 22 days holiday to all new joiners. We increase your holiday entitlement by 1 day every year you complete at the agency to a maximum of 25 days.
Holiday is subject to approval by your manager, and most employees will book their holiday via the self-service system, which a member of the HR team will set you up on and show you how to use.
The holiday year commences on the 1st January and all holiday must be taken by 31st December. Holiday entitlement may only be carried over into the next holiday year under exceptional circumstances (eg booked holiday that had to be cancelled for business reasons) and with the written approval of your department head. Any holiday carried over in such circumstances must be taken by 31st March.
Cycle to Work Scheme
We run a scheme with Cyclescheme, the UK’s number one provider of tax free bikes for work through independent bike shops. After completion of your probationary period. The cost of this will then be deducted over 12 months from your gross salary, which reduces the amount of tax and NI you pay each month.
To join the scheme:
- Visit one of over 1,000 participating bike shops to select the bike and equipment that they want; they will be given a paper quote. You use this to enter your online request for a voucher. To do this you will need to go to our Cyclescheme employee page. Our Company number is 55a97
- Please Note: you can only submit your voucher online once. This means you are unable to alter your order once it has been submitted, so ensure you have included everything you wish to buy, before you confirm.
- Once you have requested a secure voucher, your employer confirms eligibility and approves the request. Cyclescheme will send them an invoice for the bike package, and a hire agreement is sent to you to sign. As soon as the bike is paid for, the secure voucher is sent to you.
- You contact your chosen bike shop to arrange collection. You’ll be asked for photographic ID when collecting the bike and equipment.
- Your hire payments are deducted from your gross salary over 12 months. At the end of the hire period you have 2 options, if you want to own the bike outright you pay a one off fee of 25% of the Market Value, or you can extend your hire period until the value depreciates
Charity days
We encourage our employees to take time out for good work, so everyone is entitled to 2-3 days off work for charitable/voluntary work. These need to be approved in advance, and details need to be provided to HR in order that these can be recorded.
We also organise a lot of company charity events, from helping out at fun days in London schools, to sponsored swims/cycles/pub crawls – look out for emails telling you where to sign up.
Give As You Earn

Beauty Treatment
If you’re in need of some pampering but don’t have time to pop out during the day, we have a visiting beautician who comes into the office every week to offer beauty treatments including waxing, manicures, pedicures, massages and facials at a discounted rate.
Free Breakfast
We offer all staff free breakfast before 9am. Cold foods (Cereal, Pastries and fruit) can be found in the communal areas whilst stocks last and Hot Food (Porridge and toast can be taken from the Market place on the 7th Floor and is free for AMV employees before 9 am. You would will be charged after this time.
