Interest Free Season Ticket Loan
To help you with the cost of commuting, you are entitled to an interest free annual season ticket loan from AMV BBDO, which represents a significant saving on buying monthly or weekly travelcards. The deductions for the loan amount will be made in equal amounts from your salary on a month by month basis, over a period of twelve months.
To take part in the scheme please complete a Season Ticket Loan Form and take this to the HR Team.
Pension
Retirement can seem a long way off, but we encourage staff to think about their financial future.
In line with the government scheme you will automatically be enrolled into our pension scheme after 3 month service currently employees contribute 5% and we will Contribute 4%.
Financial Planning Services
We offer free individual Financial Planning clinics with our broker Connor Broadley where you can discuss your pension, or any other aspect of your personal finances including mortgages, savings & investments, life cover and will writing.
Whilst much of the advice from Connor Broadley are free there are some services such as transferring pension into your new scheme that might attract a fee.
Connor Broadley come into the agency around once a month, the HR team will e-mail all staff e-mails out each month informing when the team will be in the agency.

Long Term Sickness Income Protection (Permanent Health insurance (PHI))
All employees between the ages of 18 and 65 are covered by the Agency’s income protection policy.
In the event you are absent due to sickness excess of 26 weeks, the Agency will submit a claim under its permanent health insurance policy.
If this claim is accepted it will enable the Agency to continue paying you an income of up to 75% of your salary for up to 5 years so long as you remain unable to work through illness or disability.
Securing Your Loved Ones Futures (Life Assurance)
In the event that an employee passes away whilst employed by us, we will provide a lump sum benefit of 4 times their salary to their nominated beneficiaries. You can check and change who your beneficiaries at any time by visiting the HR Team.
Referral Bonus
We are always looking for the best talent within our industry and as part of our commitment to finding the best people, we ask our staff to let us know of any exceptional individuals they have worked with in the past.
If you refer an individual to us and that individual is employed by the Agency; we will pay you a £3,000 (net) referral bonus. Payments will be payable upon completion of the referred employee’s 3 months service.
