Life Changes

ALL AROUND THE WORLD

For many of us, home is further afield & we don’t always get the chance to see family & friends as often as we would like, or you may just want to work in more tropical surroundings. The All Around The World policy is designed to enable you to make the most of your travels by allowing you to request up to 6 weeks’ working remotely anywhere in the world.

How to Apply:

  • You’ll need to have a minimum of 2 years’ service as of 1st January 2023
  • Complete the relevant HR form to confirm the approved arrangements.

Please note that the agency holds the right to delay authorising requests until resourcing is in place. It is also important to note that the request is also subject to tax sign off, depending on chosen country. For more information, please contact the HR department.

Please note that the approval of when this leave is taken is at the agency’s discretion.

You will not be able to carry this over into the next year and it will not be paid out if you are leaving the agency.

You will not be eligible if you have returned from the following period of leave within the last two years:

  • Maternity or paternity leave
  • Shared parental leave.
  • Adoption leave.
  • Unpaid leave
  • Long-term sick leave
  • Any other time off exceeding 4 weeks’.

The next qualification if you have taken the above types of leave, would be 2 years after your return from the above period of absence.

For parents returning from Family leave that aren’t eligible for Explore, you are able to request Parental Leave which give you the ability to take 26 weeks unpaid leave up to your child’s 18th birthday.  The qualifying period is 1 years’ service.

If you have already passed your 5 year milestone, qualification for this leave will take effect from your next milestone. E.g. If you have 7 year’s service, you will qualify for your High Five when you’ve completed 10 years’ service.
