Art Production work alongside Account Management and the Design studio – as well as working with Photographers and Illustrators to bring ideas to reality in print. Business Affairs

Our Business Affairs team work right across the business. There are a huge variety of legal responsibilities, all working to deliver high profile, creative projects and initiatives. They provide first class legal and commercial advice relating a diverse range of arrangement’s, contracts, insurances and relationships with key suppliers. They negotiate legal and commercial terms and budgets for the commissioning and acquisition of our ad campaigns and will help navigate Clearcast clearance on creative ideas before Client sign off. Analytics, Insights & Consulting

Their services include inputs such as quantifying the opportunity, finding compelling consumer insights and setting KPIs. They can help get to the best idea and define the role of each channel. Their outputs services include in-campaign support analytics support and reporting/effectiveness measurement. Strategy

The purpose of the strategy team is to lead, challenge and support all of Clients. (Probably) the best strategy department in the world! Creative

Creatives, as the name suggests, create, they come up with ideas, write scripts, design posters, pen headlines. Most Creatives in our 9th floor department, work as a team in partnership to develop ideas as Copywriter and Art Director. They’ve won numerous awards for big campaign ideas – most recently being named ÔÇÿAgency of the Year’ at D&AD just last week for the 3rd time, picking up another Pencil Awards for creative excellence. RED

Red has the specific aim of using data to refine and target creative work. On a daily basis, they test, learn and optimise our campaigns and – working with the AMV data department – they make sure we get the right messages to exactly the right people. Interactive

Interactive creatively develops solutions that are strategically appropriate, with the aim of putting people in the heart of the experience. Made up developers, hackers, graphic designers, industrial designers, technical architects and consultants, customer and user experience designers, producers, social media specialists, business and quality analysts, strategists and creative technologists. Their remit is to code cutting edge customer experiences in .html, .social, .app, .mov, .vr, .things, .install, .ai, as well as hardware product innovation and they’ve adopted a culture of continuous experimentation and hacking. Flare Studio | Flare Productions

Flare are a global content offering, operating in 17 countries, with its headquarters in AMV BBDO. They specialise in delivering high production values cost efficiently, recognising the balance between the volume of content needed by brands and the ability to produce cost efficiently. Over the past two years they have produced hundreds of films and won more than 150 awards. Film

Our cretaive TV production department work on everything from traditional TV commercials through to podcasts. In the pre-production phase they will co-ordinate a Director, storyboard, cast, scout locations, design sets and coordinate wardrobes ahead of a film shoot or sometimes even an event. In the post-production phase, they manage edits, voice-overs, music production, visual effects before delivering the final cut to a broadcaster. Programme Management

Project Managers are responsible for the operation of their Client groups, the coordination of the creative output and the resourcing of integrated production. They ensure the smooth running of projects throughout the agency from Client briefing to final delivery stages. Commercial

Commercial- Responsible for dealing with the client finances. Involved in fee negotiations, production billings and WIP management, as well as oversight of client contracts.
